Konkurs is a registered Limited Liability Company for Production, Internal and Foreign Trade, and Services in Sarajevo, in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Konkurs specializes in poultry farming, development, and operations of farms and poultry farming facilities and can supply its products to the countries of the European Union and to the GCC region.
The business further extends into hydroponics, blueberries and various other different farming and agricultural techniques and products in the Eastern European region. Our business model strives on using the up-to-date technology and equipment to lower costs, increase production and improve the quality of the product.
Our focus is also on Research & Development – NanoBiology where HADARAT GLOBAL and its partners have worked on a solution for a unique offering in UAE for Nanobiology which includes setting up a Research and Development center where the research and Development team is able to create a full engineering concept based on a key on solution that work on problems experienced by farmers in the Middle East region. Engineer solutions where the outcomes are owned by the region which enables the Agri community to thrive and overcome problematic farming.

To set a precedent to further encourage more local Emiratis and residence of the UAE to work on initiatives that will boost the country’s food production. Food is a strategic commodity, and as part of the vision of all Emiratis and Residents of UAE we propose new ideas and projects to help further enhance food production, preservation of trees and sustainability. Work towards the UAE as leading the charge in food security. The strategy of our farm and the future expansion plans, particularly in the area of cold-water fish, will aim to reduce imports and secure sustainable supplies to local markets.

Poultry Farm
Modus Operandi
The modus operandi of Konkurs is to purchase young baby chicks from supplier hatchery. These chicks are then raised in our two fully equipped and functional grow-out houses for a period of a 45-day cycle. We currently have two (2) grow-out houses with a capacity of raising 20000 chicks each. With the available land space and the license to build more grow-out houses, there is the potential to increase the capacity to 300000 chicks per 45-day cycle. Further investment in this regard would be required.

Blueberry Farming
Konkurs has strategic cooperation with partners in the Balkans to produce blueberries with full solutions for the cultivation, management, packaging, storage, and export of the blueberries to Europe, Turkey, UAE, and other countries.

We believe that the time has come to harness innovative technologies to enable us to produce food in a more responsible and efficient way, to meet the challenges and demands of the years to come.
Our Partners have developed an innovative farming system with patented technology, allowing us to provide a scalable, commercially viable farming solution that is grounded in both scientific research and credible data.
The technology of Hydroponic farming solutions provided by us, would provide a productivity of high-quality leafy vegetables ranging between 40-60 tons per month in an area not exceeding 6000 square meters, including a packaging facility, taking in consideration other aspects to reduce the cost of production through Reducing the consumption of water, electricity, cooling systems, moisture control, fertilizers, and others.
Research & Development – NanoBiology
Advanced nutriments plant products are one of the most important solution of modern agriculture. The application of fertilizers in agricultural practices has markedly increased the production of food, feed, fuel, fibre, and other plant products. Thus, it is important to think differently and adopt formulations that focus on performance with less load. Our partners have been focusing on using nanobiology to formulate customized solution, that offering a wide variety of specialty high performance products, allowing any farmers to feed, grow and protect their plants. All product divisions offer a wide variety of products for customers including bio stimulant formulation, bio protection formulation, biocide formulation, biofeed formulation and intermediate Bio agro additives.
Soil Enrichment
Organic material is necessary for the long-term preservation of soil quality and it is the absence of organic material in conventional chemical fertiliser which has led to the increasing degradation of soils.
Our Service includes supplying the commercial farmer, the home gardener and the nursery industry with organic ameliorants, compost, potting media, as well as organic and chemical fertilizers under our own brand.
We are able to provide immediate and easy “access to market” both to the commercial and small-scale grower, landscaping companies and residential gardens.
Ecograde Agricultural Film
Manazil Al Reef has access to the rights in the UAE and Africa for a revolutionary class of materials designed to replace plastics in a wide range of applications. ECOgrade® materials provide cost saving, environmental and operational benefits that give you and your customers a clear advantage without compromising quality or performance.
ECOgrade® agriculture film, row covers and mulch manufactured from GXT ECOgrade® resin extend the growing season while reducing water, pesticide and herbicide use. At the end of the growing season the degraded mulch can be plowed back into the soil, left to degrade, or burned leaving zero toxins in the soil. If burned, the residual ash can be plowed back into the ground without the need of disposal. Independent laboratory test have demonstrated ECOgrade ash can improve plant growth by up to 9%.

Ecograde Bags
ECOgrade Bags are made from patented GXT ECOgrade resin which replace modern day plastic and paper bags. Bags can be manufactured in a number of grades according to customers needs or regulatory requirements, which include photo-degradable, compostable/bio-degradable, and/or anaerobic degradable (landfill disposal). They do not require a change in process or equipment and have been tested and validated for use in a wide range of commercial products.
